Organic Rice Vinegar is a naturally brewed vinegar made from organic brown jasmine rice. This product starts by making rice Koji and further fermentation with yeast to get rice wine. After pasteurization the rice wine, acetic acid bacteria are added for further fermentation in a control room. Over a long fermentation period aroma and essential amino acid is gradually developing.  This premium quality brown rice vinegar is very useful against free radicals and to maintain a healthy immune system.
